"Today is a great day for the North Jersey Avalanche. Along with the fact that five of our AAA teams are still competing in post season play, we are thrilled to add Petr to our coaching staff. He fits in perfectly with our Player Development Model, and not only will the Peewee AAA Minor group reap the benefits of his experience, he is sure to have a positive impact on the Avalanche coaching staff.  The Peewee Minor team will practice with the Peewee Major team and their equally impressive coaching staff, Marek Zidlicky another NHL Star and long-time Avalanche coach Eric May" – Dan May, President North Jersey Avalanche.
